By placing an order at H&K, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at H&K for the sale and supply of any products.
We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this transaction only.
All products remain H&K's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
H&K reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, H&K has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. H&K shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

When will I receive my order?
Hunnelle Kari is a small family owned company, so our work force is small. We don't outsource production of our bags and proudly make each piece in a workshop at our home, here in Honolulu, Hawaii.
A weekender can take up to 6 hours for us to produce. And at Hunnelle Kari, we pride ourselves in providing quality made products, making sure to give each piece we make the personal attention to detail that our customers enjoy.
Small orders, up to 4 items not including weekender(s) can take up to a week to ship. Orders of 5-10 quantities are considered a large order and can take from 2-3 weeks to ship depending on size of bags.
For example; 5 market totes and 5 wallets can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Three weeks to four if weekenders and messengers are included in your order depending on number of larger bags ordered.
However, if bags ordered are already made, then you will get a nice surprise by receiving your "LARGE" order sooner.
Also, if your order is time sensitive;
i.e. for a birthday gift or a weekender needed for an upcoming travel.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, clean, not smelling of perfume, powder, make up, lotion, any cosmetics products, and cigarette smoke, in original packaging including all tags. You will have to pay for shipping to return the product as well as shipping for the new exchanged product. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address under hunnellekari.com/contact.
All orders will ship undamaged and in perfect condition along with proper insurance. Once H&K turns over orders to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the condition of your products. We are not responsible for loss or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier. Shipping damages are not our responsibility and are therefore not entitled for refunds or exchanges.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. H&K Handbags is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Returns Refunds and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise within 14 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Requests must be made within 14 days from date of receipt. Customer must pay for return shipping charges and shipping charges are not refundable. There is a $15.00 per order return fee that covers restocking and processing fee.
Refund is made once we have received the item in its original pristine condition. i.e. no stains, haven't been used, no tobacco and perfume stains or smells, haven't been washed, and not torn or damaged in any way.
Refund is made to the credit card used at purchase and can take up to 45 days from the time we receive the returned item to reflect in your credit card statement.
**Exchanges must be equal to or more than the original purchase price of product(s). Any credit to the customer after the exchange will be given in the form of in store credit. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of product. If the customer decides to make an exchange for a different product, which cost more, the customer is responsible to pay the difference in price. Products for exchanges must be in its original packaging and, in its original condition, i.e. no stains, haven't been used, no tobacco and perfume stains or smells, haven't been washed, and not torn or damaged in any way. Shipping charges will be applied to all exchanges and customers are also responsible for shipping cost of products returning to H&K. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items
We will replace all defective merchandise for an identical item. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order for replacement. We reserve the right to determine what is considered defective on all our products. Please contact us before returning any products. If items are received defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations. Return requests after 10 days of receipt of product will not be honored under these terms.
H&K handbags merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer
